As a Pennsylvania Antique Co-op dealer, you benefit by having a shop without the maintenance, the show without the expense. You will join a flourishing marketplace. We are committed to offering a superior selling environment and servicing our dealers’ needs.

Our goal is to encourage a dealer base with a wide diversity of product.   We offer showcase and booth space in various sizes.   Merchandise items range in price from only a few dollars to tens of thousands of dollars.

Our customer base represents antique and fine art dealers, designers, movie sets, collectors and retail buyers.

Currently more than 150 dealers from Pennsylvania and the surrounding states  exhibit here.   We are open for business every day and our stock is constantly changing.

Our pricing is as follows:

SHOWCASES SIZES:

3 FOOT SHOWCASE:  $115.00/MONTH

4 FOOT SHOWCASE:  $140.00/MONTH

5 FOOT SHOWCASE:  $165.00/MONTH

6 FOOT SHOWCASE:  $175.00/MONTH

BOOTH SIZES:

10X10 BOOTH:  $345.00/MONTH

10X15 BOOTH:  $500.00/MONTH

10X16 BOOTH:  $550.00/MONTH

10X20 BOOTH:  650.00/MONTH

STORE POLICIES:

NO SECURITY DEPOSIT

NO COMMISSION ON DEALER SALES

THERE IS A STANDARD 10% DISCOUNT ON ANY SINGLE ITEM OVER $10.00

ADAMS COLLECTS AND DECLARES ALL STATE SALES TAXES

DEALERS ARE PAID OUT ON THE 1ST AND 15TH OF EACH MONTH

NO WORK TIME REQUIRED FOR DEALERS

DEALERS ABSORB A 3% CREDIT CARD FEE

WE REQUIRE A 30 DAY NOTICE UPON MOVING OUT
